RecommendedGreat place to shop for unique furniture
Just drove 6 hours to pick up a sleeper sofa from the Charlotte, NC location. I made it home, opened the boxes, and discovered ALL of the hardware was missing. After spending an hour wrestling with their 1-800 number, we finally spoke to a human being. They opened a case and said it could take more than a WEEK before we get the hardware we need to put the hardware together. In times like this, the hardware should be shipped to the customer using expedited delivery. I will never shop at IKEA again. Big waste of time.

Terrible customer service! I placed an online order several weeks ago that was set to be delivered on 10/10. I still have not received my order and upon calling customer service, the automated system states “they are unable to take my call at this time.” They are also only accepting emails for order cancellations, so there is no way to talk to customer service regarding my missing order, despite the fact that I have already been charged for it. I DO NOT recommend IKEA at all!
