Parking is a total nightmare! Went around the entire parking lot twice and gave up and left. I love shopping here but, if I can't find parking I would rather go somewhere else.

Nice new building and layout. The food court is yummy too, and with great prices. When I go browse I always have lunch there. (I was told by an employee the old building will be torn down and turned into more parking so that's going to make any parking complaints null.)

Parking is crazy. Inside is chaotic. So many people and you can easily get lost. The lines are long, but you get through them quick. The cashier was friendly. I will go again just because I didn't get through the whole store.

Not a fan of the new layout. two things wrong. Its two stories. So you have a big cart, etc. you have to get on an elevator between floors. Thats fine if your in a department store, but not in an IKEA. It made things difficult. And what the heck, only having the meatballs in the sit-down restaurant, and not at the exit, like you had done for 15 years? I had no idea i'd have to drag all my stuff back upstairs with my kids in tow and wait in a HUGE line to get my fix. Swing and a miss with this new building.

Parking was a nightmare , but the attendant told my dad there was no ADA parking and we had to park somewhere else very rudely I might add and couldn't drop off my mom who is handicapped. We did anyway because well it's against the law to tell someone who is handicapped they have to walk and take a shuttle. After being yelled at by 2 different people because of it , my dad did find ADA parking there was plenty. I honestly will not be coming back to this IKEA. Y'all need to work on your customer service and how to speak to pe... read more

2 hot dogs and a drink for $2!?!?! A floor plan that keeps people moving in a manner traffic design could learn from. Fine examples of getting what you pay for (low cost mattresses v. greater cost). Finally furnishings that are of matching height a staggering concept, pun intended...

Overwhelming, the parking stinks and no Coca-Cola anymore in the restaurant. Nasty soda now. There are no benches like the old store. My mother could not walk through it now.I liked the old store.
