Order online or go to Home Depot. Nothing was stocked and there was hardly room to walk. It's kind of hard to believe Corona rules are being followed.

I do love IKEA but after requiring my child to wear a mask who is under 5 and per executive order 5 and under are not required.. I obeyed but was then approached by a worker for my 5 year to pull his mask over his nose.. your joking right? So they want everyone to wear a mask over their nose but have open kiosk for everyone to touch ?? Not to mention everyone is touching all the items.. I get it you can’t please everyone but after you approached my child who isn’t even in kindergarten yet to pull up his mask I will not shop ... read more
RecommendedGreat first time experience! We were super worried about the safety protocol but were pleasantly surprised, felt very safe with everyone wearing masks, social distancing etc. Loved the products even though the desk we needed was sold out.

Went to Charlotte Ikea today 08/15/20. Nice socially distanced line waiting to get in, but wait wasn't too long. However, not sure why they bothered with a line as I've never seen it so crowded inside! No separation possible. Obviously, no limits on number inside so outside line was a farce. Actual stocked selection was limited. Might have as well gone to a good college football game. Staff won't talk to you either.
Very bad experience with delivery. We had to push for the guys to check our missing products in their truck. They found some but still missing 2. A month to deliver and we paid 100$ for them to miss 2 products. No refund from them! No one is reachable by phone or email, this is unacceptable!
