Ordered 6 weeks ago. Delivery not on time email received one day before expected delivery. I'm told to call to reschedule but phones are not taking calls (hangs up on you) and no one response to emails. Just received an email on 9/10 saying to expect my delivery and mark my calendar for 8/22. Makes perfect sense. Shipping delays I get but customer service can be done remotely. Hello, Order number: 170207255 placed on Sep 3rd yet to be shipped. No updates, no emails nothing...please update. Also the phone number mentioned on email and website 1800 419 4532, when dialled it says “Welcome to America’s Hottest Chat Line”, some dating hotline? Have you guys not validated the number or has it been been hijacked?
