RecommendedLove the new place and layout only down side, if you have any sensory issues avoid the bathrooms they are very overwhelming especially for children.
I bought a Beddinge futon a few years ago. Took it apart to move it, and realized what a bad design it is. Part of the frame has the nuts that the screws attach to inside a welded shut bar. The nuts came loose from the bar when I took it apart, and are now rattling around inside with no way to repair. I went into the store hoping to get repair or replacement parts, but they won't do anything without a receipt. Couldn't tell you how my experience was. My mom and I drove by twice and sat in the parking lot... twice and could t get a parking spot. We will try again later.
Loved the old store but new one is a mess. LONG lines for everything and no signage for where to go in the confusing new lay out. Going to wait a long time to come back for you to work out the kinks and hopefully it will back to the good IKEA we know and loved.
Beautiful displays, lots of space for showing new ideas and items, and of course we love the restaurant!

I drove over 100 miles to shop at Ikea this past Sunday. The store was empty of products. I had specific items that I wanted to buy and planned on spending a few hundred dollars. I could not spend that money because IKEA sis not have the products in the store due to the new store opening three days later. I contacted customer service two days later and asked them if I could have free shipping since I had made the drive over and was so disappointment in my experience.
