Wow speechless, coming from out of state where people are so friendly and job orientated I can say this store needs customer service training. I was standing by the day beds and there were 4 associates talking and not even one acknowledge us and our needs. I will not recommend this store to any one !
Always fun here like any other IKEA, however, it will be fantastic when the new store opens! And hopefully with plenty of parking!
Awful delivery company, not worth $99. Ordered bathroom vanity, had to wait 2w for delivery and nobody called to confirm so I had to call and check. Finally it arrived but the delivery guy broke it by bumping into the wall. I heard the crushing noise (he said ("it's ok" )and opened the box. the porcelain part was completely broken. I called and ordered an replacement and have to wait another 10 days!!! not happy.
