Placed order 2 months. Tried to cancel but that didn’t work. Today 8-12 package arrived & dishes were broken. Fed Ex delivered & we have video but box was huge with just paper inside. Can’t get through to anyone at IKEA. Terrible service!

Never Again. It’s a MAZE to get out. Once in, plan on at least 30-45 mins spent looking for the way out. TERRIBLE.
I drove from Cleveland to Columbus walked around the showroom and they had absolutely nothing we wanted in stock we wanted a desk that was $50 they said it could be ordered but it was an additional $129 or I could come back on Thursday when they get 16 more in stock but was told I need to be there in the beginning to get it because it could go fast
i had the most horrible experience in IKEA. I had purchased a few large items and needed the cab to come till the pick up point. The people at the checking weren't allowing a smooth entry to cabs for pickup. 3 cabs cancelled on me so this was true as they all weren't lying. They said that it would take a minimum 1 hour to pass through and come to pick up point. We gave up and asked can to come to entrance. IKEA is taking COVID-19 seriously, but it does mean long waits to get into the store. Given you cannot check store inventory online, you may be waiting for nothing. Curbside pickup, reserving out if stock items, and similar remedies don't exist. Delivery, if available, is more than the items cost due to their weight.
