We went to Ikea Houston on Monday night to avoid crowds and be safe. Unfortunately, the store decided to block off a section in the second floor in the middle of their one-way maze - this caused a lot of confusion of shoppers walking back and forth leading to unsafe congestion. Very disappointing for what I thought was supposed to be a responsible store!
Have been waiting WEEKS for a complete online order. No one answers the phone and no way to leave a message. No customer service whatsoever!
customer service was terrible. the IKEA Visa also a problem. when you get the paper approval it has issues but the staff isnt prepared to give info correctly on the problems. Good customer service is good knowledge on the service your institution offers. "Its not our problem or fault" is not good practice.
