I was told by a worker over the phone from the people who call to say the item is ready for pick up that the refund would go to my account but It’s been 2 weeks. When I call, it won’t go through to an operator cause of Covid problems. Still need my refund.
I cancelled an order 2 months ago and still have not received my refund. I cancelled the order hours after initial purchase because there was a shipment delay. I've called and sent numerous emails to the website. No one responds and phone recording says sorry no one is available and hangs up. Please help me with this issue.
