Tried placing order n finally get the golden ticket of an appt n they won't take my po box or physical addy. wth? n the store can't help n no 1 and the phones.
I'm waiting for (my order) delivery from April 13 ... how to contact Ikea if email and phone do not responds ? WHERE MY ORDER??? Where refunds??? Where customer service???
I use to enjoy going to IKEA and purchasing items. Now during this time when they are closed their site is HORRIBLE. You cannot get an order in or even get through to their customer service. I do not understand why the site is always at its capacity to take orders no matter what hour of the day it is. I bet they are losing tons of customers because of this issue.
three days we are trying to talk to customer service no luck three days trying to set up pick up from store it says try tomorrow( when is tomorrow if am trying every day hours and hours).very disappointed...
the store says it's open to do click and collect but it doesn't seem like people are able to put in orders. I've been trying for the last three days with the same messages saying they're at max orders. I desperately need affordable office equipment and they have totally let me down with this ordering issue.
Answer your phones. Respond to emails. Stop taking online orders if you can't handle the volume.
Worst customer service ever! Received my baby boy's changing table on March 31st 2020. There was a mistake in the order, drawers were pink...IKEA was supposed to ship back new white drawers...still nothing 2 months later...and impossible to contact them by phone or email! 😠
I have been trying to order for pickup at the store. Everytime I try, it says that no more pick up orders can be fulfilled.....or something like that. If you are not doing pick up orders... say so!!!! I can't afford the product and the high cost of delivery. It nearly doubles the price of my order. I know this closing is hard on businesses.....but try your web site from the vantage point of a customer. Thank you?!!!
Horrible customer service. No response at all. Glad I didn't order anything. They lost me as a long term shopper (25 years).
