After checking availability on the website, we ordered a few items. Due to the Covid-19 no pickup option was available so we went ahead and pay the delivery fee (other companies are giving this for free in this situation). The order was more than $1000. Some of the items are not going to be sent, so now we need to order 3 items again and pay the delivery fee again. On 2/19/2020 I purchased a IKEA Haugesund spring king mattress. IKEA mattresses are rolled so I unrolled when I got home and waited over a week and one half and the foam inside the mattress did not completely unrolled to the edge. It states that it will fully retain its shape in 72 hours and I waited almost two weeks and it never did.
