Nobody picks up the phone. Where is customer support? Do I have to drive all the way to Renton to get my questions answered?
IKEA staff are great the problem is "security" in the parking lot is a massive problem.
It is really awesome that you have baby care rooms in your store, however, the one by the restaurant was really dirty. Poop on the sink that looked like it had been there awhile and worst of all, the door doesn't lock or have an occupied sign like the one at the exit. I was walked in on while nursing. The store was filled with moms and babies around 1pm today, I'm sure they would all appreciate this being fixed as much as I would. Thanks!

This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Not a single person in Ikea's labyrinth of customer service has followed through. I've spent 10+ hours on hold this week. I've had 3 failed deliveries (one incomplete, 2 no-shows). I've been promised over and over that someone would call me back to update me on my case. It has not happened one time. I have to just keep calling and calling. I would cancel my order, but I have a kitchen remodel starting tomorrow and I can't get someone to do my cabinets on this sh... read more
AVOID furniture delivery from IKEA! They messed up my delivery 4 (FOUR) times!!! 5th one is supposedly scheduled for tomorrow. I have no hope for tomorrow, either. That is 3 valuable weekends and one work day that is spent at home, waiting whole day at home for furniture to come. I don't even get a phone call. At the end of the day, I call them, spent HOURS on the phone for an explanation. They do not even pick up the phone if you do not stay on hold for at least 30 minutes. I am VERY disappointed in your customer service, I have been ignored for two weeks now! I have contacted you 5 times, emailed twice and still have gotten no where, due to your products RUINING my daughters mattress. ANYONE have information so I can actually talk to someone at the Seattle, Ikea! Very frustrated and at the point to NEVER spending a dime there!
