It's time for some competition to move in on IKEA. They loved us and valued us when they broke into the American market, but now that we love them, they have forgotten what makes a business great, THE CUSTOMER. RecommendedI love the new building! Open and bright and easy to roam through. The food is always so good when you need to take a break.
Just moved to area from Portland. Looks identical to the Portland store and all the others. Nice layout and easy to find what I'm looking for. Nice employees and very helpful. Very crowded and kind of typical for a new store in one of the largest cities in the country. Looking forward to the new parking. Had to park in remote lot and take shuttle which was efficient.

Ikea, I just bought five of your Kallax cube system bookcases for my office at your Draper location. After putting them together I decided to order some of the Tjena boxes for storage. I have made two separate orders and both have taken a least a week to ship out and almost two weeks to receive. Though I am loving my stuff, you need to step up your game in the online ordering area. If you can't ship orders out in 48 hours you need to hire more people. Amazon can get our orders to us in 48 hours. Get on this.
We'll try again when the parking situation among the construction is fixed.
I dig the clean edges and simplistic nature of a lot of the furniture.
