First experience with the restroom was beyond discguatingly filthy, several stahls were out of toilet paper, several toilets were clogged, and only 1 soap dispenser had soap. I love the products and prices however.
I have 2 reasons for rating it a one, their consistency earned their rating. Incident one, they made a delivery mistake and their policy is that I go out of my way to correct it not them. Incident two, I asked for a yogurt cup. The lady started making a yogurt cone. She then insisted that I was wrong and instead of offering to correct it. She wanted to argue.
The new store is so confusing. Looks like they concentrated on building a huge flat single level parking lot and with left out space, built IKEA store !! What have you done guys? It used to be a fun place to be earlier :(
I used to LOVE me some ikea. Not loving the new layout, parking or grumpy cafe staff. Meatballs didn't seem as good as they used to be & we all know that it's a 'requirement' to have them when u make the trip all the way out there. The space is bigger but the selection for things I buy went way down.

It takes over an hour to return anything. There's always never enough people working at the return station. You see people just standing around right next to it at the home delivery station but they will NEVER help.
