Customer care support has been very bad. I have been trying to get in touch with a senior responsible person to create a business account and get a GST invoice to my location in Kerala. Been spending almost 5-6 days on the same matter speaking t 5-6 different customer care support staff but not been able to get this done. RecommendedIt’s a bit difficult to get to now due to lack of the shuttle bus and ferry. There is a 20-minute wait for the cafeteria. Both are, I suspect, ethics of crowd control during the pandemic. The food is yummy as usual. Every thing is clean and spacious due to crowd control and social distancing. The associates/employees were helpful and were constantly disinfecting. They don’t have everything they usually have in stock, but they have everything that we needed.
