Ordered a mirror online for delivery. On day of delivery, received email stating, "Unfortunately, your order was not delivered as scheduled.Please contact IKEA to re-schedule your delivery as soon as possible." Called ikea on Friday. After 35 minutes someone answered. I gave them my order information then they acted like they could no longer hear me and hung up. Called ikea again today. After 58 minutes on hold, they answered. Website says something is in stock when not on the shelf. Tales speaking to a “supervisor” to figure out what’s going on.

I LOVE IKEA but today, I was very disappointed. I have multiple encounters and two stood out not in a good way. In the lighting department, I asked a generic question and was responded with almost a scripted answer, passive and not particularly friendly. At the warehouse, that was when I felt like I have to write this review. There were four people at the customer desk, chatting. It’s MLK Day and there are 6 registers open out of 30! TERRIBLY managed. When I walked in there were 5 people who greeted me. Whoever is managing the store today needs to be demoted!!! We’ve been standing in line for 25 minutes already and the lines I at keep getting longer.

For my order 272257175 and Idhult black sofa Article Number: 903.415.80 , the back rest part of side sofa is missing.Also a leg of coffee table Article Number: 401.042.94 (black brown) is broken. As of now I havent opened up my Queen Size Bed box and it already appears to me that we have some missing part there as well.I expected a better service and delivery from IKEA since it is one of prestigious brands, but a really bad customer experience.Also I tried reaching customer care several times but could not connect.Can you pl... read more

I really like the new store; however, we purchased a chair and ottoman and were unable to pick it up in the self service area. We were given a reservation number and have been waiting at the furniture pick up for 45 minutes and the store is not even that busy. It’s super frustrating and I wish we were told up front that the wait is so long.
