Wait 30mins the que was so long, 3 cashiers and about 150 customers. Went for meat balls to make it feel better and another que of around 50-75 people so we left. Do the management care subjecting their staff and customers to this?

Love the new store! Only wish Ikea would settle on a location in the North end, long drive from Everett.

Unbearable! It’s like a zoo in there. Parking is tough enough then you have to deal with the ridiculous long lines for exchanges and purchase. Never again on a weekend!

Store is big and has fun stuff but spending half an hour in line to buy my finds was ridiculous. 7 of 30 lanes open and they never opened any extras to help get people through.

Ikea was always the same... Good finds, good prices. HOWEVER, I am greatly disappointed at Ikeas blatant lack of accommodations for disabled /physically impaired ppl. The old store had motorized carts. I could go alone get what i wanted have lunch and away I'd go. Now they only have wheel chairs. I can't push myself!! So my visits /business have been almost non-existant. Adding to no way to get around, handicapped parking... Across a very WIDE driveway. Furniture pick up is more important than accommodating the handicapped. ... read more

my first ever experience with IKEA is awful! I bought a couch in the store with delivery and assembly. They scheduled the delivery with 4 hours window. They didn't show up during the scheduled time, no curtsy call nothing. I had to call them and 3rd party delivery company to find out that the driver will be 4 hours late. I total spend 3 hours on hold that day. Couch never showed up. They reschedule with me next day. I take another half day off. They didn't deliver in 4 hours window again. And again NO CALL to let me know the... read more

Both the returns line and concessions line moved SO SLOW, I was surprised on a Sunday there a. wasn’t more staff scheduled and b. the employees seemed to have no sense of urgency.
