It seems like I should've research the place before placing an order. I ordered a loft bed for my daughter on March 6, delivered on March 16, some of the pieces broken, called Ikea and after 1 hour plus minutes all I had was an apology and an ofer of a refund for the delivery service, # still waiting..bed was picked up on April 11 so I called them again to cancel the order and just go personally and pick it up myself, and still no money has been refunded to me, just a few coupons for food on your store...it took less than 24... read more
Staff is rude, store was dirty, not enough check out staff and security likes to infringe on Americans 2nd Amendment Rights. Due to this they will never get another cent from me or any of my social media followers. Weapons free environment, HA! Soft target for Snoflakes so they can get a $3 fleece for their safe place. Go back to Europe and impress your will there!!!!

If there were a negative number, I would choose it. We made a very large order for a kitchen remodel first week of March. The delivery was scheduled. We took off work. Only 2/3 of the order arrived and some of it damaged. They still have not found missing pieces. Made an entirely new order having to list item by item (over 120 pieces) to replace them. Told delivery was coming today. No call. No delivery. Called customer service and out on hold. That person decided to leave for the day and locked the account. Next person out ... read more
I was charged for three of a $9.99 item when I only bought two, yet had to take a number and wait 45 minutes for my turn. All in it took over 50 minutes to get my $11 with tax back for their mistake. It's not like I changed my mind on an item.
You need to call for more cahiers when your lines are long, and that's for any day of wk. Took me longer to check out then to walk through store and get my 2 items.
Three lines totaling almost 3 HOURS of standing just to buy a table??? One to purchase the table, one to pick up the table, one to have the table shipped to my house. Staff was NOT friendly. They did their best to either hide or seriously try to pretend they don’t notice you...even when you’re standing RIGHT in front of them...saying “hello?, can you help me?, excuse me”. (This was the table area kiosk lady btw, who was starting blankly at the computer). I’ll just go online from now on.
