Picked up something in lighting. That's close to the entrance and checkouts. However they do not give you direct access to checkouts. They make you walk the long maze to checkout. Blatant add-on sales technique and not customer friendly. Picked up some led tea lights. Didn't know they didn't have batteries until I got home. All led tea lights I've ever purchased included batteries. Long checkout lines and no express line for just a couple items.
Massive new expansion is impressive. We had a lot of fun looking around. Warehouse is laid out in a coherent way, as always. Didn’t have any trouble finding the bookcase we were after.
This place is an absolute nightmare! Do not buy anything is there’s a slight chance you will Have to return it. Took me an hour to return a shelf. Should have just lit the thing on fire.
I will start this by saying my in store experience was satisfactory. I have been on hold with the store for over an hour just trying to talk to a person. Unacceptable. This is after the delivery service called to state that they ran into an issue assembling IKEA furniture at their first stop and wouldn't make before 10pm. So after staying home from work today I have to cancel plans for tomorrow so I can get my couch. This is the second time I have had the delivery service fail to deliver during the scheduled time. Long return lines yesterday. Not enough return cashier's. I pulled number 44 and they were calling number 4. Busy day and long lines for food too. Espresso machines were out of milk but refilled in 5 minutes after I told a busser.
Clean store and the Cafe was nice. Love how the displays were set up and it was a pleasure being there.
