RecommendedMy daughter and I visited the Columbus location yesterday. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience, the store was clean, the employees were friendly and willing to help, and we found lots of things to take home. Everything ikea is always amazing until one item that was recently purchased. A little part on it broke while putting it together and while continuing to try and put it together, none of the holes lined up, no matter what I thought to try. I've emailed customer service about it and currently awaiting an email back. Everything else from Ikea has been superb, and this won't hinder future visits, just wish the luck had been in my favor with this purchase.
Bought a dresser and my daughter a bed ..both in stock ..nice items .
It was neat for are first time we were just checking things out not really there to buy but workers were very friendly and we got ices and cinnamon rolls before we left.
Not everything we wanted was in stock. Kind of disappointing.
Had a great time. A bit overwhelming but still s positive experience for us. Will go back when we have time.
