I love Ikea!! Shopped until I dropped!! It was really busy and people were just having fun looking at everything!!! Always a great experience!!
RecommendedTwo items that were on display, that we wanted, could not be found when we went through the household goods area. Also, waited a long time in line for a few small items. An Express line or self checkout would be very helpful to your customers.
I wish we had a IKEA near us in Canton! It was so great to come experience the Columbus store. 😊
Had to return a piece of a bookshelf that was broken. No questions asked. They opened a new one, took out the piece we needed and we went on our way.

I will be upfront in that I live close to IKEA so I can pop in at anytime, so I don’t have to fight crowds, shipping, etc. However, every time I’m there, it’s always clean, organized and the employees are willing to help. On my recent trip on 2/11 though it was over the top amazing. We were looking for a new entertainment center and went to get one we had our eye on.
