17 people cleaning the floors but only one person picking orders on a Saturday afternoon. Gotta love waiting 45 minutes for 2 boxes when only one order was ahead of us. Good stuff poor management.
I have been to the Columbus location 4 times the prior 3 visits were good aside from Thanksgiving weekend, when it was packed, my bad. Yesterday I had a couple of issues that really bothered me. I decided to request a chat with a member of management. This gentleman was very considerate and empathetic to the issues I presented. After all this we'll definitely return. My son and his girlfriend are considering purchasing materials to remodel their kitchen. Thank you to management for acknowledging my experience respectfully.
WE ARE NOW AT 36 DAYS. WHERE IS MY MONEY????? Items picked up 3/1 from my home and delivered 26 miles to my local store. Told refund in 7 to 10 days. 3/16 I was told refund approved.
