The 365 mattress return program has some major issues!! I bought a HAUGSVAR KING MEDIUM FIRM. Too soft, wanted to exchange for the FIRM. Spent 3 months trying to return it over the phone. 6 calls. Every rep I spoke with told me a different story. Call 7, Stephanie Sherbs tells me that I have price protection and not to worry. Love this place so much to see gotta come back to see rest
Love the store, but the staff wasn’t helpful. No one helped me as I struggled to put boxes in my cart and the cashier was rude. The products I purchased, however, are great.
