Love Ikea we live 2 hours away and I would drive it weekly if the money..
HORRIBLE custom service! I am so disappointed with how I have been treated by employees of ikea. My husband and I came down for a family trip with our daughter on July 15th and bought an armour. We then drove two hours home opened our package and a piece was damaged. We promptly called the store and sat on hold for 90 minutes until we could speak with someone. I love this store...great prices and cool stuff! I just purchaced a day bed for our smallest bed room....lots of storage and it can extend from a twin to a full bed. Wish me luck....doing my own assembly 👍
I’m super disappointed in the fact that I placed an order this morning and picked pickup time 1230-4 today. If it can’t be ready at the beginning of the time slot selected then it shouldn’t be an option. Now my pick up person is dealing with canceling the order because “no one is available to go pick the art supplies until closer to 4.” AND the woman said “we will take care of it” meaning she will go ahead and cancel my order instead of finding an employee to go pick the 7 small art supplies off the shelf to finish the order... read more
Everyone was friendly and helpful. They also carry a variety of items for your home at good prices. I will be returning here soon to make a few more purchases.
