IKEA charged me $200 for delivery plus the cost of my furniture and did NOT deliver my items. I’ve been calling and emailing for a week now and there is no one answering customer service inquiries. I get an automated prompt and then Get hung up on. IKEA has basically stolen my money and has not delivered my goods. I’m really at a loss for how to proceed since I can’t get through to anyone. IKEA management doesn’t protect its customers from assault during the pandemic. I am glad I have and never will buy something from them
My first and last shopping experience with IKEA. Terrible customer communication and service. Will never do business with IKEA again. I have gotten nothing but a run around regarding an item I purchased a month ago. Once I was able to actually go thru to a human on their 888 number I was bounced around from department to department and no one seemed to want to take ownership of my issue. I have learned my lesson the hard way. Cheap goods means poor customer service.

We went to Ikea Houston on Monday night to avoid crowds and be safe. Unfortunately, the store decided to block off a section in the second floor in the middle of their one-way maze - this caused a lot of confusion of shoppers walking back and forth leading to unsafe congestion. Very disappointing for what I thought was supposed to be a responsible store!
Have been waiting WEEKS for a complete online order. No one answers the phone and no way to leave a message. No customer service whatsoever!
