I ordered an entire bedroom set (dresser, chest, glass pieces for each, king size bed, and nightstand) and had to use the pickup service due to the king size bed not being on the floor. The employee did not include the mid beam which is essential for the bed. In order to avoid sleeping on the floor at seven months pregnant I had to immediately drive back to the store ( over two hour round trip), luckily I put it together during store hours. Place is amazing!! Definitely going back!!
The cashier failed to give us one of our bag at checkout. We find that we don’t have the bag after we get home (a 2 hour drive). We call they tell us they can’t ship it or us OR give us a refund... in order to get what we PAID FOR we have to come back to the store. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! No excuse as to why we can have what was paid for sent to us.
You are doing yourself an injustice if you don’t at least try the breakfast!!
