Has to be the most unhelpful staff ever. Completely disinterested in actually being helpful, I left without what I needed and so frustrated. Never again IKEA! The slight discount is not worth this hassle and when I flat out asked for help I was told- we don't have enough staff for that!!! On a Sunday??

TERRIBLE customer service at the Columbus, OH IKEA. I’ve been shopping at IKEA since before it was cool, but had never been to the Columbus IKEA. After trying out and reading tags on multiple mattresses, I finally decided on one only to get downstairs to find that they were out of stock. We asked the cashier, and she said they could ship it to the store for free, or we could pay a ridiculous shipping price to ship it to our house. Very clean store. Warehouse worker was very helpful. There were a lot of choices and colors. Prices are affordable.
