Happy with the merchandise and displays, but I ordered online and went, alone, to pick up (63 year old grandma). I was told, inside, that the man in the yellow vest would help me load. When I caught his attention, he told me he would get someone. He went inside, and I never saw him - or anyone else - again! A kind lady saw me struggling and went back inside to get help. too much hassle getting merchandise
Great experience, great displays, and great service!!!!!
My family visited IKEA in Columbus on our way home from a trip. We were interested in the poang chair but the store was out of the cushion but was told by two employees we would be able to get online to order the cushion so we went ahead and purchased the chair. They are not available online!! This was misleading! I called customer service three times and they said they would connect me for help and was hung up on three times. I bought a mattress and paid for delivery for the next day, I was told that I will receive a call 30 minutes before delivery comes. I received a call from them at 5:13 Pm and I was in the shower and didn’t hear the call m. I called them back at 5:25 which is 12 minutes later and no one answered.
