26 check out lanes only have 3 open. There were 32 people waiting to check out and they didn't open any more up.
IKEA is great. The WiFi at the Columbus Ohio location is horrible and doesn’t work. I don’t get cell phone service in the building either. I would buy more if I could use my phone to look information on products.
It shouldn’t take a half hour to check out at the register. Thursday at noon, 3 out of 26 lanes open, 12 carts deep at each register.
Three lanes open to leave and about 20 people in each. Left items and went home.
Kendra did an amazing job helping us with our selections! She’s such a friendly and knowledgable person. My husband was very impressed with her expertise.
