Recommendedthere is 26 lanes to check out but only 7 lanes open. I thought I was at Walmart with at least 100 people In the line. Or does Walmart own IKEA because it made me think so.

IKEA is chaotic and confusing. I have never wanted to leave a place so much in my life. A shopping list of 4 things has ruined my day. The sign are bad and the maps are even worse. A straight blue line on the map is no way coincides with the maze within. Never again, IKEA, never again.
It’s a lot to take in but definitely a one stop shop for any home needs!

Water main break and no notice ahead of time. We drove 2 hours for nothing!
We decided to jump in the car and take a two hours drive to Columbus IKEA just to get there and see that they are closed due to a water main break. I contacted customer service in hopes they would compensate us for our waste of time. They apologized and told me there was nothing they could do. Not a coupon, not a gift card, not a free shipping code so we don't have to make the drive again!!! Very unsatisfied.
unfortunately, a massive water main break cut short my first ever IKEA experience, but what I saw, I LOVED!!! in a short time, I found so many pieces that were customizable, ingenious, style-forward and so affordable! I'm already planning my return to further explore and purchase some things... the BESTA tv stand cabinet is #1 on my list.
