ZERO ways to contact customer service right now even though stores are open and delivering. Delivery damaged, and no way to make it right?! We paid $50 to have it delivered so we wouldn't have to bring our kids into the store during covid. When we call, we are told on your national line that you not receiving any calls or messages. When we email we are told no emails are being answered. Shame on you Ikea for not allowing phone calls OR emails to help your loyal customers. Good luck with this strategy.

Service sucks. Ordered $250 office chair (plus shipping) in March. Arrived without padded arms. Have been calling regularly, but IKEA doesn’t answer their phones.
Terrible customer experience. You can’t get ahold of anyone. Go to their website and try to chat or send an email. Says page is not found. 😡
Horrible customer service they advertise one price but ring them up for another customer service slams hands on counter towards customers telling them that they should take pictures of pricing instead of calling an associate that is sitting right I front of products to confirm pricing
The store just opened in the past few days since the shut down due to Covid-19, lines are extremely long. It’s like waiting for a brand new ride at Disneyland. Maybe try back in a month
