I placed an online order for a small mirror. When the mirror arrived I realized it was not what I expected. I called Ikea and requested to return it. They charged me $9.00 for a return label Which I felt was fair. After a couple weeks I never received the label and I called again. Customer Service is terrible! After driving 3 hours to shop, spending over $500 in your store, and driving 3 hours back home, I unpack my Alex drawer unit to find a damaged drawer. It took almost a week to get through to someone at the customer service number because the "call volume was too high". After waiting another 3 weeks, I receive a new drawer, but the wrong color.
