First time there !
This has to be the worst customer service I've ever seen ..I literally walked as they were so rude...wanted to buy a ceramic pot, was lectured by Peter the manager about how I should get the saucer underneath it so the inventory would be even...could not get a price check... cafe was filthy... They, apparently, only have one number for all stores... 3/4 of the time it doesn't work... only hold fpr 2 hrs without talking to anyone... told to call back tues-thurs 8 am-9 pm, it was Thurs at 6... Easy to get to & great customer service!
IKEA, i'm going to keep pushing until I get the items for which I paid. Since mid-June I have been waiting to finish my office with the items you failed to deliver. Your phone number is so busy, my calls can not go through. My emails continue to go unanswered. I have a case number and simply want my items. I'll even put them together at this point, even though I paid for that service, too. Your customer service is failing you. #ikeaservicefail
3 hours and $200 later!!
I love love love the store, but the long line at the cafe just kills the mood. Every time I go there, there’s a line. It is true that I am only going on weekends and around lunch time, but Ikea should plan to supplement the cafe staff especially when you see such a long line forming. And when you have a starving 2 yr old with you, waiting 30-40 minutes in line, just does not work!!!
Beware home delivery... the delivery for my bed got cancelled and now I'll be without a place to sleep at my new place for over 3 days.
