overjoyed they finally put IKEA closer to me! I would like for them to start carrying items like Comforters and not just the duvets .. Window Toppers would be divine too!
I have the luxury of living 20 minutes from here, which means I can go on a weekday and not have to deal with as large of crowds. If you’re going on a weekend, expect tons of people and long lines. That’s just Ikea. Most of the people there act like they hate their jobs, but recently there have been a few very pleasant ones. First time there l loved it
Yesterday was our first visit and most likely our last. There were not enough floor people around to ask questions. Tried to use computers and they were extremely slow. Over all very disappointed after all the hype of their opening.
I love Ikea, but the experience I have had with a delivery and install was beyond awful and unfortunately the company that caused the issue (Select Logistics) is the only one used in the Columbus area. I had a scheduled delivery that was changed by the company due to a personal issue with the driver. Then the second scheduled time they didn’t call or show so I had to track them down only to be told that their driver was non responsive and hadn’t delivered like 8 other orders that day.
