I drove from Cleveland to Columbus walked around the showroom and they had absolutely nothing we wanted in stock we wanted a desk that was $50 they said it could be ordered but it was an additional $129 or I could come back on Thursday when they get 16 more in stock but was told I need to be there in the beginning to get it because it could go fast

At IKEA in Columbus, Ohio and I was assaulted by a man after asking his wife or girlfriend to put her mask on. She walked through a couple rooms and came close very to me twice, so I asked kindly for her to put her mask on which is a State Law now for Franklin County. This man physically threatened me and tried to knock my phone out of my hand which happened in front of two IKEA employees who said they won’t do anything about it. My first and last shopping experience with IKEA. Terrible customer communication and service. Will never do business with IKEA again. I have gotten nothing but a run around regarding an item I purchased a month ago. Once I was able to actually go thru to a human on their 888 number I was bounced around from department to department and no one seemed to want to take ownership of my issue. I have learned my lesson the hard way. Cheap goods means poor customer service.
We love Ikea! I am hoping someone from Columbus Ohio location will see this and reply - calling their number didn’t do much good to me as they are unable to take my call at this time 🙁 We went to the store on past Saturday (4th of July) and my daughter lost her Mr. Panda toy while we were going through the store - it looks exactly as the small panda toys they have for sale (I think they are $4.99), except it’s been washed multiple times and definitely looks used.
