RecommendedI love IKEA and would recommend them but the last two times I was at this location the cashiers and pick up area workers are flat rude. Too much covid authority and just rude. I think they need to take a hard look into customer service training and not barking out orders.

it makes absolutely ZERO sense to Go through a 17 step process just to buy one thing and the customer service is terrible. it's basically herding humans into an endless maze forcing them to choose something they now feel obligated to buy and then sending them on a "quest" just to buy the thing they don't need. I can sum up the IKEA shopping experience in 3 words: The Hunger Games

I was so PLEASED to see a handicapped employee with a service dog greeting customers when I entered the marketplace of the Columbus Ohio IKEA 12/28/2020. I already possess a deep affection for all things IKEA. I appreciate your company's progressive values, your attention to simplicity and function... and humanity.
This place has the worst “customer service”. Rude and unhelpful associates that are too lazy to assist you
