Ordered 6 weeks ago. Delivery not on time email received one day before expected delivery. I'm told to call to reschedule but phones are not taking calls (hangs up on you) and no one response to emails. Just received an email on 9/10 saying to expect my delivery and mark my calendar for 8/22. Makes perfect sense. Shipping delays I get but customer service can be done remotely. @ikea I need help. You accidentally delivered someone else’s order to my house. It has the correct address on the tag on the inside of the box but my address on the outside. How do I get this box back to you?
By actually having a number that PICKS UP THE FREAKING PHONE. or..an email that isn't a NO REPLY! Your customer service sucks. We bought $1300 on furniture to be delivered and its MIA.
I have a health condition yet was forced to wear mask to go in. I didn’t cover up my nose due to said condition and was chased through the store by two employees. I noticed 30 some others with mask not covering nose. Sweden is the one country that didn’t shut down- yet they are forcing the most draconian attitudes here in the states. I do love IKEA but after requiring my child to wear a mask who is under 5 and per executive order 5 and under are not required.. I obeyed but was then approached by a worker for my 5 year to pull his mask over his nose.. your joking right? So they want everyone to wear a mask over their nose but have open kiosk for everyone to touch ?? Not to mention everyone is touching all the items..
