Where to begin... ordered a desk in August, received it damaged. I live two hours from Columbus ikea so my parents took it back. Boy did they have a heck of a time returning it and reordering a new one. Shawn was so rude and they had to ask for the manager. That problem solved, desk reordered and delivered. First corner of the box I went to unwrap, shocker it was damaged. Got on the phone, spoke with a nice woman named Kristine.
