Went for the first time to the Columbus store. Very nice. My husband bought a lamp and some bulbs which were by the lamps. When we got home he realized the bulbs wouldn’t fit in the lamp he bought. My suggestion is put the correct size bulbs with the proper lamp.
Staff were extremely helpful. This was our first visit. We drove for 2 hours and we'll be back.
RecommendedStore was amazing. The check out line was a nightmare. Need more cashiers.
This isn’t necessarily a direct review on IKEA Columbus but I feel it needs to be said. We have been trying to purchase master bedroom furniture and got IKEA gift cards from family members as Christmas gifts to help with our purchase. They are running a sale on certain items that we were looking at (woohoo.) The store has only been getting in a small number of each at a time. First time in an IKEA and it is now my favorite store! Good thing it is 2 hrs away from me.
Extremely dissapointed in our experience supposed to get our couch between 5+9 yesterday and now we have been shoved till Tues. No one called, texted, or emailed to tell us they weren't coming. We sat at the house for 5+ hours waiting for nothing! When we call all we get is the run around, no answers and no delivery refund. Would have been easier for us to rent a uhaul and pick it up ourselves, the delivery was supposed to make life easier. Will never order again!!
OMG has EVERYTHING!! Prices are much lower than I thought and the associates were all very helpful! Make sure you keep about 3 hours of your day to really experience its awesomeness!!
