We were so excited to visit IKEA today in Columbus on our way home from our weekend vacation. While we love the products and shopping at IKEA usually, our experience at the Columbus store was marred by a HORRIBLE checkout experience. We stood in line for twenty minutes to check out. The family ahead of us had waited over thirty minutes to check out. People were lined up back to the warehouse.
