I don't like their style of furniture. They had a few things that were ok. I did like the restaurant upstairs. I might come back to have lunch there. I didn't get to see everything though.
Lot's of cool original stuff at reasonable prices, and the food was good too. You need 3-4 hours to see the entire place.
Just take all my money! Good thing we like 2.5hrs away. We went yesterday (Sunday) it was packed but the store is so big you don't really notice. Customer service was great we were easily able to find someone if we needed help. Can't wait for our next Ikea adventure :)
So my wife was just in Ikea and tells me about her experience at the cash register. There an older lady in her presumed 60's working the register. The store manager comes up to her and says in 30 minutes she can take a 15 minute lunch and walks away. The lady looks like she's about to cry and my wife asks if she's ok. She says yes, I'm just very tired I've been here since 7am and was supposed to go home 2 hours ago. This was at 4:30 pm mind you. Love the idea, but two problems from two visits, at two different stores. First problem was at the Canton, MI store so I will skip that. But the Columbus store OWNS this one: Bought a shelving system (ALGOT) utilizing an Associate and their planning software. Printed out a pick list and gave to me. My first experience with your store 11/2/17. Checked online and reflected there were 4 in stock. I go to the store and a friendly worker checks to confirm that my items are in stock. Only 1 of 2 items are available in all actuality. 2 of your workers explain that the other item is in the "air" but if I come back tomorrow at agreed upon time he would personally pull the item for me.
