need to have a place to hold items for 24 hrs after paid for. crazy that even if you pay for items that as big as ikea is you cant hold the items for up to 24 hrs so people can make arrangements to get BIG items home. also been there yesterday and today both and both days the check out lines were way too long. well over a 30 min. check out wait each day. Went back today to get a couple items I was debating on yesterday.... And they were closed.... Before 7pm.... during Christmas season..... What's up with that??..... It's was not cool I drove across town for them to be closed.....
RecommendedIt is a FUN way to spend an afternoon!! But don't think you'll get in and out quickly!! Bring your walking shoes and a friend (or a few). Great items, prices and ideas!! We even ate dinner there so we could shop longer!! LOVE it!!
There was one cashier in the cafeteria- there was a very long line. So when we finally sat down to eat, the food was cold.

**update** It’s February 4th, and we still do not have our table. 3 months later!!! The IKEA in Columbus is nice IF you are buying an item that you can take home. If the order is for delivery, however, DO NOT PURCHASE! We ordered an Ingatorp table (the one on all the commercials) on November 11th. We were told we wouldn't have it in time for Thanksgiving, but it would be delivered by November 25th.
