First visit in Columbus was just okay. Great designs. Confusing flour plans, and how to obtain product. Slow cashier service due to only a few employees on a holiday weekend. Slow cafe service. Hard to find way out without walking through the store again. Needs improvements for customer access, service.
Horrible customer service. If you can pick it up in the store its okay, but anything shipped expect to never receive it. Wasted so much time and money with this company.
I just spent 37 minutes in the return line for the attendants to move two customers. Rather than having a staff member retrieve an item for an even exchange, the customer went to get the box and returned with the incorrect package THREE times. Rather than moving through the rest of us in line while the other customer got it together, the lot of us sat
I love how its set up and it was fun to explore with the hubby
Love IKEA !!! This was our first time there. We will definitely be back ! Well worth the two hour drive :)
I had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful especially Rocky who went above and beyond to help us out! Will definitely be coming back again.
I would like to recognize your amazing team member Brenda from Smaland today! My son’s 4th Birthday was today and he requested to go to Ikea to play. She made his trip so special just by being kind and wishing him a happy birthday. At the end of his play she even wrote the most endearing note wishing him Happy Birthday and he got an ice cream cone. The service and kindness offered by Brenda in Smaland is why I will always be a loyal patron. Thank you for employing wonderful human beings.
