shouldn't take 37 mins to reach member services
for the last 2 days I've tried to contact them to no avail. they sent me an attachment I can't open. we've moved cross country and can't reach ANYONE. customer service sux
in so tired of this bank having problems. was in line knowing I had money in my account and it getting denied. with all the technology why if there is a problem with the system can you not post it on fb or email or a text or have something pop up online banking
