Tammy and Mona were absolutely fantastic with my recent concern over a check that was cashed from my wife's stolen purse. Tammy kept me calm and reassured me that you folks had our back and we would work together to resolve this first thing this morning. Mona called no later than 7:15am and we spoke and resolved it. Great checking account comps
They are a great credit Union to work with people and finances
I opened a small savings account for me and my daughter in July. I had made a couple deposits into the night depository at their Moline location on two occasions. On one occasion I deposited $150 cash. I called to check my balance and was told I had $30 in my account. After dealing with a rude call center rep I spoke with the manager of Moline who after doing research informed me they had deposited the $150 into someone else’s account. IH customer service seems to get worse through the years! Experienced it today with a teller named Hailey at the East Moline branch, she was extremely unprofessional and rude.
Worst bank ever! Nothing but issues from day one. Shut the card off they day after we received it and couldn't tell us why. A CASH deposit takes days to clear. Charged me 28 dollars everytime I paid a bill from the account. The list goes on and on. Banked with them for 2 months and then closed account. Amazing they are still in business!
