they let buttholes steal ur money out of ur account in Chicago
I have been a member for 20 plus years and I will be closing my account this week. Have to get a new debit card because mine was compromised. I have tried four different branches today and all of the machines are broken. They call another several mines away and assumed I had the time to drive to that location too. When I asked that it be mailed to me they advised they couldn’t do that. What a pain! I am sure I will get better service at the Gas and Electric Credit Union.
I bank at IHMV and love it. Never have had a problem. However, I'm a little upset that the Shred Day is ONLY at a branch in Davenport! WHY? Couldn't you have another Shred Day at one of the Illinois branches??? Seriously. ....if one doesn't HAVE to go across the river, why would we want to at this time? .

TERRIBLE!! My husband has been trying to get ahold of you guys for the pass 2 days and no answer!
Our cards are constantly getting declined, even though there is PLENTY of money in our checking account! This has resulted in stranding us in places, late fees, and multiple other issues. Not to mention it is absolutely embarrassing to have that happen! We will definitely be closing our account. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! With this poor of service I don't know how you stay in business.
The West Burlington location was closed without even a letter notifying us. Our new servicing credit union is in Galesburg?! How inconvenient! We’ve closed our savings account and have refinanced our auto loan elsewhere.
Great bank, Great customer service, and helpful in any way possible!! I also have a vehicle loan through IHMVCU and they've helped me through any issues or late payments that have came up...I wouldn't bank anywhere else!!
there's always an issue! what is the point in having the option to deposit your check through ATM if your money will be held for several days!? people have bills to pay and families to feed!!
