I got a loan through my local dealership to this C.U and it’s been an absolute nightmare. Is anyone else having problems with ihmvcu and their auto loans?
The fact that IH Mississippi Valley credit union would close our local location and not even bother to send us a letter is quite disturbing. Our loan was originally serviced out of West Burlington only to find out today through a sign on the door that our accounts have been moved to Galesburg! Horribly inconvenient and poor communication! Not only will I be closing my savings account but I will also be refinancing my loan elsewhere!

this credit union is the WORST ever. you cannot deposit anything and expect it to be AVAILABLE anytime soon! you have to call their call center and talk to 10 people, and not get the problem solved!!!!!!! it is the worst customer service ever, they hold YOUR money HOSTAGE for days on end, making your bills late... etc. I recommend running g far far far away from them.....!!!!!!

RecommendedI have followed Sherry Herrick through 6 locations. She is smart, compassionate and caring. She has helped my wife and I buy 3 homes, countless cars and campers. She recently helped my nephew buy his first home! I know we are not her only cusomer, but she makes us feel like it. At IHMVCU, you're family!
The customer service is terrible! I have called more than 10 times in a day waiting 20 minutes on hold. I call a specific person that never answers phone, and doesn't respond in a timely manner.. ALL I WANT TO DO IS PAY MY BILL!!!
