RecommendedLove this bank but not very happy at the fact that I wasn’t informed of the switch to a chip card. I’m trying to make purchases and can’t because they switched to a chip and didn’t inform me to come into the bank to get a new card 🤔
the past 2 days I've been trying to contact the customer service about my account information. being a fulltime college student I can't make it into too building before they close. I've tried messaging them through Facebook and I've been waiting for over 30 minutes before I gave up and hung up... this is getting very irritating
