Have used IHMVCU since 1992 and would never switch...they are the best Credit Union in the QC Area
I’ve currently spent the last 4 hours trying to speak to a person. 700 miles from home and cannot get access to do a funds transfer. No reply to emails, phone calls, and the member service center wait time is HORRIBLE. I can’t even direct call my local branch back home, it directs me to the member center to once again wait on hold. I’ve had better service from call centers based in India.
I don't appreciate the attitude my husband gets when MAKING A PAYMENT on our loan at your Kewanee branch. Once this loan is paid off we will not be doing further business with IHMVCU.
This place is horrible! I would never recommend this place to anyone! They have made it to where I never want to buy another house again due to the huge headache they gave me.
This credit union continues to have problems with their ATM machines and their app. If there are any issues brought on by these two banking options, they are unable to accomadate as necessary to make things right. Clearly they are a business and in the community to make money. Don't be fooled by their smiling commercial and how they are a neighborhood credit union. I've been a member for over 17 years and finally making the decision to transfer everything to RIA.
I love and adore IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union. They have been super helpful and competitive with my accounts, car loans, on-line banking. The service is always exceptional and I appreciate the many options they provide.
