I went into the bank today and was charged a $3.00 fee for cashing a check written by one of your members and the manager snottily remarked that IH is not a check cashing service. Even though it is a bank with members who write checks. Rude, unprofessional and I’m glad I left 6 years ago.
Seriously charging a 1.00 for members to use notary? I am getting more and more angry at this Credit Union.

I have been with IHMVCU for over 2 years now, and i absolutely love them. I normally go to the East Kimberly Rd branch and every single one of them are so friendly. The branch manager is phenomenal and each and every employee goes above and beyond. I see why they got hired for the positions they have. I recommend everyone to open an account with them.
Completely disappointed in this bank. I went through the drive through ATM not even 10 min ago to get 200$ out, well your screen on the machine said unable to process this transaction, that’s fine I’ll wait till tomorrow except YOUR FREAKING ATM STILL TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND NOW MY BILLS WILL BE LATE SO THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING YOUR MACHINES TO STEAL MY MONEY! SOMEONE BETTER FIX THIS I DONT APPRECIATE THE BANK STEALING FROM ME
