I got a loan through my local dealership to this C.U and it’s been an absolute nightmare. Is anyone else having problems with ihmvcu and their auto loans?
Wonderful service with every encounter..very friendly staff in the Prophetstown Il location..I highly recommend them!
this credit union is the WORST ever. you cannot deposit anything and expect it to be AVAILABLE anytime soon! you have to call their call center and talk to 10 people, and not get the problem solved!!!!!!! it is the worst customer service ever, they hold YOUR money HOSTAGE for days on end, making your bills late... etc. I recommend running g far far far away from them.....!!!!!!

I have followed Sherry Herrick through 6 locations. She is smart, compassionate and caring. She has helped my wife and I buy 3 homes, countless cars and campers. She recently helped my nephew buy his first home! I know we are not her only cusomer, but she makes us feel like it. At IHMVCU, you're family!
The customer service is terrible! I have called more than 10 times in a day waiting 20 minutes on hold. I call a specific person that never answers phone, and doesn't respond in a timely manner.. ALL I WANT TO DO IS PAY MY BILL!!!
