IHMVCU has the best service and turn-around time on their loans! My son applied for a truck loan and had the funds for the purchase within an hour.
Closed my account with no notification, and drained the little money I had with "inactivity fees." At no point did they attempt to contact me even though they had all my information up to date. I'm sure somewhere in the fine print it says they can do that, but to not let someone know their account is closed and taking their money feels like theft. 🤬
Worse company ! After 40 plus years of being customers, they lied to us twice to our face, ignored us, after we sent my mother’s death certificate to them twice, for the mere $1000 life insurance policy they offered each customer. Not a company you should ever do business with, complete insult! To whom ever the person receiving two death certificates and ignoring the family should not have a job in that position.
This bank has rude employees . There customer service is by far the worst I have experienced! And I am in customer service! I will NEVER Bank here EVER again! And teach your employees how to talk to people!
