I would have rated 3 or 4 stars before, but to run a failed update and not notify your members that they may not be able to access their money is obnoxious. No notifications via text or email that there was an issue. We found out from a WalMart manager after both of our IH cards were declined. We then tried an ATM to get cash. Declined. Glad we went out running with our two year old and grabbed a bunch of groceries just to return home empty handed.
