An awesome credit union! Been with them over a decade and they've treated me very well. I have my personal and business accounts with them. They're always looking for ways to help me improve my financial situation or ways to save money. The credit cards are awesome too, try finding a fixed 10.99% card anywhere else in today's credit market. They also have a 7.99% card for the high rollers. Thanks IHMVCU
all IH Mississippi banks are the best banks in the world to me that is . they have help me through some very hard times in my life & all the people work there are so very kind to talk to . & help me out in so may ways ... Worst...bank....EVER!!!! Nothing but problems ever since I opened up my account with them! Then when you try to call you sit on the phone for a looooong time only to be transferred a million times and be told to leave a message!! I am DONE with this bank!! I will be pulling my money and closing my account asap!
Poor customer service they do not honor what call center employees tell their customers. I was contacted by the. Customer Service department who listened to my complaint and addressed the problem. Thanks All
I have been a member for over 5 years! And the changes at the Burlington branch is awful! Losing 3 great staff because of your “floating branch manager” is sad. He is a cancer to IH and every time I’m at the bank he’s sitting on his cell phone. The new teller supervisor is rude! She was rude to a member in front of me! The wait times are now 20 minutes or longer! I hope changes are made ASAP because you will be losing members. Several people have been talking about this. I love this credit union I have been with them for many many years and I feel they have your best interests at heart. They are very concerned about your privacy and protection. My husband and I have had wonderful interactions with any of their staff that we've dealt with over the years. All of our adult kids even bank with them. Keep up the good job IH we will be lifetime members!
People are friendly here. I started banking here over a year ago. They have great hours.
